MSI can only beat Fujitsu when it comes to laptop performance. It is dead last in the ultraportable CPU, graphics and transcoding times categories. But MSI has outstanding graphics performance in its desktop replacement machines.
The only good design out of MSI this year comes with its ultrathin X series. Most MSI laptops look old and their batteries are too big.
MSI has moved toward isolated keyboards that give plenty of room. But their touchpads are small and its laptops have a touchpad bar that is difficult to handle. MSI's does not have 24/7 technical support and its website is poorly written and difficult to follow.
There's a wide selection of MSI laptops to choose from at good prices. But MSI has to make its presence more known at different retail stores.
MSI laptops come with software such as EasyViewer (for photos), EasyFace (facial recognition) and a few others, but nothing that has quite an impact.
