The Pros of PayPal no comments

Simplest solution to accepting money on the internet? Hands down, PayPal. You see it on sites for businesses, charities, webcomics and event tickets. It's the most widely used alternate payment system.
Here are the reasons many people use PayPal:
Pros:
1. PayPal is the cheapest way to accept money online. You don't have to have credit card processing fees, and all you need to do is stick some code on your website.
2. PayPal makes many people feel safer. A number of people refuse to put their credit card number on just any website, paypal gives them that extra degree of separation.
3. PayPal will transfer directly into any bank account. You can easily transfer money through paypal or even ask them to send you a check.
4. PayPal is a recognized system. If people see that paypal logo they know exactly what to except.
5. PayPal has some cool functions, like invoices and tracking systems. You can actually bill customers through PayPal where they get an email that links to "Pay Now" screen.
6. Faster transactions. PayPal means a customer doesn't have to fill in all of their credit card information on every transaction. They only have to click a few times. Faster check-out times always means happier customers.
But stay tuned. Not everything is sunny and cheery in PayPal land. In our next post we'll discuss the downsides to PayPal and the reasons many people do not want to use the service.
