No matter who you are, there never is enough time in the day. Every hour counts. Even during the "off" times, most of us continue to work around the clock and wish we could squeeze just a few extra minutes into the day. The reasons vary. Some of us want more free time for family and fun, some of us just want to get ahead of the competition. Either way, we can all relate to watching that second hand pass us by.
So how do you create more time? Here are some simple ways to duplicate your efforts through the internet. Duplicating things can give you a few spare moments each day.
5 Ways You can Use the Internet To Duplicate Your Efforts
1. Linked-In Use linked-in to its full potential. Its very easy to get people to review you or your company, and those testimonials often can be pointed to again and again. You also can use linked-in as a way to connect with clients. Instead of having to send them all your info, you can just send one link.
2. Form Emails Often we waste time by writing the same things over and over. Is there a basic email you send to all your clients when you write a business proposal? Do you ask the same questions about every project? Set-up a few form emails. It takes a minute to edit instead of writing the entire thing over again.
3. ReTweets Get other people to duplicate your work through social media. If you create and share good content, other people will share it too, and put your name on it. Twitter even has a term for this, its called retweeting. Other sites do the same thing, just make sure you are posting great content on your social networks if you want it to be duplicated for others.
4. Online Affiliates Find a group of businesses that connect to yours. Do you have similar target markets? Do you have complimentary services? Find a way to exchange links or even promote each other's blogs. Every time you find a company who will link share and promote you, you are duplicating your efforts.
How else do you duplicate your business online?
